Houston lawyer joins board of the Center for American and International Law

Kevin O'Gorman (Houston) has joined the Board of Trustees at the Center for American and International Law (CAIL).
CAIL is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to bettering the quality of justice through education of lawyers in the US and throughout the world. CAIL has put on programs and run educational institutes that tens of thousands of lawyers and law enforcement officers from more than 130 countries have participated in. Formed in 1947 and based in Plano, Texas, CAIL, then known as The Southwestern Legal Foundation, is one of the oldest CLE organizations in both the US and Texas.
Much of CAIL's work is accomplished through its educational institutes, including the Institute for Energy Law, the Institute for Transnational Arbitration and the Southwestern Institute of International and Comparative law, among others.
Norton Rose Fulbright's support for CAIL spans many decades. Former firm leader and Watergate prosecutor Leon Jaworski served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of CAIL's predecessor, the Southwestern Legal Foundation. Charles W. Hall (Houston) served as a CAIL Trustee for 25 years and also held the role of Treasurer. O'Gorman joins former US managing partner and Global Chair Kenneth Stewart (Dallas and Houston) who continues to serve on CAIL's Board of Trustees.
O'Gorman is well-known for his representation of clients in complex international arbitration, domestic arbitration and international litigation cases. He serves as Administrative Partner of the Houston office.
