Cross-border team secures EUR€39 million export credit facility agreement for Fitesa

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright recently closed a deal acting for Fitesa in a EUR€39 million export credit facility agreement arranged by HSBC Securities (USA) Inc.

HSBC is a multinational investment bank and financial services holding company serving more than 40 million customers.

Fitesa is the world's second largest spunmelt nonwovens manufacturer, directly supplying the global industry with innovative solutions for the hygiene, medical and industrial markets.

José A. Cobeña Serrano (Sao Paulo) led the transaction with support from Timo Noftz and Michael Volks (Hamburg).
