Norton Rose Fulbright advises on JTC PLC Main List IPO

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised financial services firm JTC PLC (JTC) on its admission to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange and associated £243.8 million institutional placing.

The IPO placing raised net proceeds of £218.2 million for the selling shareholders and £15.1 million for JTC. JTC was valued at £310 million at admission on March 14, 2018.

The financial adviser was Zeus Capital, the sponsor was Stockdale Securities, and Zeus Capital and Numis Securities were joint bookrunners.

JTC is a leading independent provider of global fund, corporate and private client services.

Carey Olsen acted as Jersey legal adviser to JTC and Travers Smith acted for the sponsor and joint bookrunners.
