Norton Rose Fulbright announces the appointment of new dispute resolution partner in Paris

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright is pleased to announce Marion Roquette-Pfister has joined as partner in the Paris office.

Marion is a public law and regulatory lawyer with a particular focus on the life sciences and healthcare sector.

She advises public and private entities as well as financial institutions on all aspect of public economy law. She is recognized for her in-depth knowledge and understanding of French public affairs, across all the key regulated industry sectors.

She regularly advises pharmaceutical companies on negotiations with public authorities relating to market access, pricing and reimbursement, public procurement issues, and the implementation of financial and regulatory measures applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.
