Norton Rose Fulbright expands German capital markets practice with Christoph Enderstein

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has expanded its German banking team with the appointment of Christoph Enderstein as a partner in its Frankfurt office. Joining on March 10, 2020, Christoph Enderstein will work primarily in the area of debt capital markets (DCM).

Christoph joins Norton Rose Fulbright after several years as a partner at Allen & Overy LLP, where he headed the German DCM team. He has long-standing experience in debt capital markets and structured finance, focusing on advising national and international issuers, public law governed entities and investment banks in connection with international DCM transactions and related regulatory issues. Christoph’s experience covers the issuance, listing and repurchase of bonds and structured securities as well as the establishment and maintenance of a wide variety of debt issuance programs.
