Tiffany O'Hearn Davies is an employment and labour lawyer with a particular focus on litigation and dispute resolution. She acts as an advocate for employers in a wide range of employment and labour disputes, including wrongful dismissal proceedings, human rights complaints, grievance arbitrations, judicial review applications, appeals and coroner's inquests. She has appeared as counsel before various courts and tribunals, including the Supreme Court of Canada, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal.

Tiffany is regularly called upon by employers to litigate highly contentious matters and to provide legal and strategic advice regarding sensitive workplace issues, including workplace investigations, progressive discipline and dismissals, and occupational health and safety matters. She has experience servicing clients in many different sectors, including transportation, financial institutions, power and utilities, pharmaceuticals and health care.

Before joining us, Tiffany was an associate at a leading boutique litigation firm, where she had a broad civil litigation practice. She also clerked at the Court of Appeal for Ontario, where she worked closely with judges of the Court on a broad range of civil and criminal appeals.
