Global | October 07, 2021With many European government support schemes and measures due to begin a phased withdrawal this autumn, we will be hosting a panel discussion on restructuring trends in Europe. Our panel of restructuring experts will compare and contrast the temporary measures introduced, how they have evolved, and how they have impacted on the ability to rescue or restructure companies in key European jurisdictions. In this session we will focus on the UK, France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands. We will also look at the impact of some of the new permanent measures introduced in some jurisdictions.
