Norton Rose Fulbright advises eve Sleep plc on its c. £140 million AIM IPO

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright acted for online mattress retailer eve Sleep plc on its AIM IPO, which included an institutional placing to raise c. £35 million of gross proceeds for the benefit of the company. The market capitalisation of the company at the placing price at admission was approximately £140 million.   

eve is an e-commerce focused, direct-to-consumer European sleep brand which designs and sells eve-branded mattresses and other sleep products. eve officially launched in February 2015 and its entire share capital was admitted to trading on AIM on 18 May 2017. eve’s IPO is the London Stock Exchange’s first retail IPO of 2017.
