Norton Rose Fulbright expands corporate team with new Milan partner

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has announced the appointment of Claudio Di Falco as a Milan-based partner in its corporate, M&A and securities team.

Claudio has over 20 years’ experience in large-scale cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, capital markets, private equity deals, JVs, restructurings and privatizations. He has a particular focus on the energy and financial services sectors, advising leading Italian and international companies and institutions in these fields.

Claudio spent the majority of his career at Cleary Gottlieb in Italy and was most recently a partner at KPMG Legal. He is dual qualified in Italy and New York.
