VWR International LLC acquires Klinipath B.V.

Norton Rose Fulbright Amsterdam office advised VWR International LLC, a leading independent provider of laboratory supplies, equipment and services to the global life science and research industries, on its acquisition of Dutch company Klinipath BV and its affiliates Immunologic BV, Mortupath BV and Klinipath BVBA. This acquisition further extends VWR's capabilities and portfolio in histology, immunology and clinical chemistry across Europe.
