Robin Cardillo works on large, complex litigation files, with a particular emphasis on class action litigation and investigations.  She assists counsel at discovery, mediation, arbitration and trial. Robin also has extensive experience with the Ontario Court of Appeal and provides ongoing assistance in the preparation, organization and filing of Court of Appeal materials for our litigation group in Ontario.

Robin is adept in all aspects of electronic discovery and has expertise in document management and database programs. She has extensive experience managing large, document-intensive matters and is often involved in cross-border litigation and assists our regional offices across Canada. As such, she oversees the training of counsel in both Canada and the US on litigation software applications, assigns and oversees projects involving multiple team members, and liaises with lead counsel, opposing counsel and information technology staff as required.

Mrs. Cardillo has been a law clerk since 1987 and joined our Toronto office in 1999 and is the current director of the board of directors of Women in eDiscovery, Toronto chapter.
