US advises anesthesiology providers on affiliated entity partnership formation

Our San Antonio, Houston and St. Louis lawyers recently advised Valley Anesthesiology Consultants (VAC) on its sale and partnership with National Partners in Healthcare (NPH), which was completed on June 30, 2020.
Valley Anesthesiology Consultants is a professional service of anesthesia providers located at 27 facilities in the greater Las Vegas Valley area. Through this partnership, VAC and NPH will be able to expand and leverage VAC’s market while continuing the recent market trend of private equity, partnering with clinical providers, to benefit both parties.
NPH is a joint venture between Archimedes Health Investors LLC, a healthcare-focused private equity firm, and BlueMountain Capital Management LLC, an investment firm with extensive experience building partnerships in the healthcare industry.
