Norton Rose Fulbright advises Altus Group on acquisition of Taliance Group

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Altus Group, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, software and data solutions to the global commercial real estate industry, on its acquisition of Taliance Group SAS, French provider of cloud-based alternative investment software, for EUR20m.

The acquisition of Taliance Group SAS will allow Altus Group to broaden its services to its clients by offering them a comprehensive performance management solution designed for the most complex investment structures and scenarios. It will also widen Altus Group’s client base in Europe and give perspective for future growth.
