About me

I joined NRF Transform’s Business and Legal Operations Graduate (BLOG) scheme in September 2023, with my first seat in the Digital Solutions team. Since then, I have rotated through the Innovation, Design and Technology team, the Legal Operations Consulting (LOC) team, and completed a six-month client secondment. I have now officially qualified into the LOC team, transitioning from a BLOG to a Legal Operations Consultant.

Before joining the scheme, I studied Chemistry at the University of Nottingham, followed by a Master’s in Machine Learning in Science.

Embarking on a career where I could utilise my scientific skillset and knowledge of technology within a client-oriented setting was a priority of mine, but equally important, was finding an environment that encouraged creativity and allowed for innovation. The NRF BLOG scheme was the perfect opportunity to do so, and as graduates here we have taken on the responsibility of contributing to the revolutionary shifts unfolding in the legal sector!

Best part of the job

One of my favourite parts of the job is the confidence that can be placed in you from a very early stage. The more you demonstrate your abilities, the more you are empowered to take on greater responsibility, lead initiatives, and have the freedom to shape how you approach and deliver the work. In the LOC team, this has translated into ownership of projects that bring tangible benefits to our clients. It’s incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact of my work and to know I’m making a genuine difference!
