Biography

Martyna is an energy and infrastructure lawyer based in Warsaw.

She focuses on transactions in the energy sector but has also experience in advising on construction law, real estate law and grid connection conditions.

Before joining the firm, Martyna worked at a Polish law firm.

She is a trainee advocate and a graduate of the University of Warsaw (Faculty of Law and Administration).

Representative experience

  • Advised Bank Millennium S.A. on the refinancing of the construction phase of a portfolio of PV projects developed by SPVs  sponsored by PAD RES B.V. (a joint venture between Griffin Capital Partners and Kajima Europe) with total capacity of 60,45 MW.
  • Advised PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna on the €3 billion financing of the PGE part of the construction of the 1.5 GW Baltica 2 offshore wind farm located off the Polish coast in the Baltic Sea between Ustka and Choczewo.
  • Advised a consortium of Polish banks comprising BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. and mBank S.A. in relation to a PLN 321 million (EUR 69 million) financing for R.Power. The funds will be used for the construction of PV installations with a total capacity of 139 MWp.
