San Antonio lawyer distinguished as a 2021 Insurance Law Trailblazer

The National Law Journal has recently named Neel Lane (San Antonio) to its distinguished list of 2021 Insurance Law Trailblazers.

For this inaugural recognition, the publication profiles lawyers who have "made sweeping efforts to make a positive contribution" as "agents of change" in the insurance industry. Lane is among 22 lawyers selected nationwide by The National Law Journal.

A nationally recognized advocate for some of the world's leading insurance companies in coverage disputes, class-action suits, and reinsurance arbitrations, Lane is known for unique and innovative legal and business strategies tailored to his clients' unique needs. Lane has helped produce myriad successes for his clients before numerous state and federal courts.

Lane forged his reputation handling high-value insurance coverage disputes, both in trials courts and on appeal. Recently, his docket has included numerous suits against carriers based on COVID-19-related losses under property and event policies. Separately, Lane has championed equal rights in high-profile civil rights cases.
