Biography

Magdalena Olechniewicz-Blocher is a real estate lawyer based in Warsaw. She focuses on real estate law, particularly on construction, planning and land development issues. She has participated in numerous large projects relating to the construction of warehouses and residential developments and in due diligence reviews of office, commercial, residential and warehouse projects. Magdalena advises clients at all stages of real estate projects, from due diligence reviews, sale/acquisition of properties (both developed and non-developed), construction and development process, as well as commercialisation and day-to-day management of the real estate.

Prior to joining the firm, Magdalena worked at the Warsaw offices of Polish and international law firms.

  • Advised Accolade, an international industrial real estate investor, and Conseq, an investment management company, on the acquisition of a build-to-suit (BTS) warehouse facility from 7R, a leading developer of high-quality commercial properties (The acquired facility - 7R BTS Bielsko-Biała West I - is fully leased to Aluprof, a leading manufacturer of aluminium systems in Poland).

  • Advised Panattoni as the developer on a long-term lease agreement for a new logistics hub for PBS Connect Polska in Panattoni Park Warsaw North III Iocated in Kobyłka, near Warsaw.Advised MY Park, s. r. o. (MY Park), a retail property investor and developer, part of the Reticulum Group, on its successful acquisition of the A Centrum retail park portfolio from BHM Group.

  • Advised Panattoni as the developer on a long-term lease agreement for a new distribution centre for Intermarché in Panattoni Park Sosnowiec IV, located in the Silesia region.

  • Advised Robert Dobrzycki, president and co-owner of Panattoni, an international real estate development firm operating in Europe, India, and Saudi Arabia, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Widzew Łódź football club.
  • Advised Velvet CARE on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Italian Paper and Private Label Tissue.
  • Advised Panattoni Europe as the developer on the construction of a new BTO (Built-to-Own) facility in Czeladź, to be developed for Compal, one of the world's leading manufacturers of notebook PCs, smart devices, data centre equipment and LCD products.
