Norton Rose Fulbright advises Blackstone Industrial Holdings in CST quotas subscription

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Blackstone Industrial Holdings Ltd. (Blackstone Industrial) in the legal due diligence and drafting and negotiation of all the agreements relating to the entry of Blackstone Industrial into the corporate capital of Compression Service Technology - CST S.r.l. (CST).

The entry was perfected through the subscription by Blackstone Industrial of a reserved capital increase resolved by CST quotaholders.

Blackstone Industrial is a leading North American company active in the design, engineering, repair and replacement, retrofit and overhauls, installation and commissioning of components and plants in the oil and gas sector.

CST is an Italian independent design and maintenance engineering company, made up of a group of professional engineers, all with extensive global and multi-year experience in the process compression machinery sector as well as for most technology advanced applications.

Milan partner Luigi Costa led the Norton Rose Fulbright team which included partner Attilio Pavone and counsel Ginevra Biadico.
