Norton Rose Fulbright advises Veneto Sviluppo on the acquisition of a majority stake in the Venice’s port management company

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised the Italian regional development company Veneto Sviluppo S.p.A. (Veneto Sviluppo) on the acquisition of 65.8 per cent of the corporate capital of Apvs S.r.l. (Apvs). Apvs owns 53 per cent of the outstanding share capital of Venezia Terminal Passeggeri S.p.A., the manager of the port of Venice, Stazione Marittima di Venezia.
