Milan advises on the debt restructuring of Gestipark

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Gestipark San Raffaele S.r.l. (Gestipark) and its lenders in the context of the company’s debt restructuring pursuant to Article 182bis of Italy’s Bankruptcy Law.
Gestipark is the owner and manager of a large car park at San Raffaele Hospital in Milan. The firm’s work included advising on Gestipark’s sale of certain assets to fund the repayment of outstanding loans.
