About me
I joined the NRF Transform team in 2022 as the Head of Legal Project Management, Australia, and have since been promoted to the role of Director of Legal Operations, Australia.
Heading Norton Rose Fulbright’s legal operations team in Australia, I provide support to our national and international offices. I am legally trained and with over 20 years expertise managing large multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes and regulatory reviews.
I aim to drive and deliver efficiencies across all types of legal matters and provide clients with strategic solutions.
My passion is emerging technologies and I employ a variety of techniques and tools (some custom built) to ensure I provide internal and external clients with proactive and structured solutions to the delivery of legal work through the application of project management tools and techniques. I also provide advice on how to maximise efficient delivery of projects, including facilitating the use of low cost resources and legal technology, where appropriate. If there is nothing on the market to do what we need, I call on my computer coding ability to provide bespoke solutions.

Before joining Norton Rose Fulbright, I’ve held legal project management and legal technology roles at other global law firms. My experience brings a unique and valuable approach to combining legal expertise, technology and practical project management techniques to manage, scope, timelines and budget and coordinate project activity and communication to ensure effective delivery of projects.
