Norton Rose Fulbright advises on acquisition of three PPPs in the Netherlands

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised BBGI SICAV S.A. (BBGI) on their acquisition of equity interests in three public-private partnership projects in the Netherlands. BBGI is a UK-listed infrastructure investment company.

The three Dutch PPP projects are the A1/A6 motorway widening, the N18 road expansion between Varsseveld and Enschede, and the Gemeente Westland Civic Centre. BBGI acquired the Dutch PPPs through a partnership with VolkerWessels. VolkerWessels sold a minority interest in a holding company Participatiemaatschappij VolkerInfra PPP, which owns the Dutch developer’s interests in the assets.
