Norton Rose Fulbright advises Crédit Mutuel and Euro-Information on the sale of Euro-Information Telecom to Bouygues Telecom

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Crédit Mutuel and Euro-Information, a Crédit Mutuel group company, on the sale of Euro-Information Telecom (EIT) to Bouygues Telecom.

Additionally, the firm advised Crédit Mutuel and Euro-Information in relation to the formation an exclusive distribution partnership involving Crédit Mutuel, CIC and Bouygues Telecom.

The acquisition price for Euro-Information Telecom comprises a fixed portion of 530 million euros, to be paid on closing of the transaction. It also includes an additional amount between 140 million and 325 million euros, contingent on the company’s future performance. The transaction was finalized on December 31, 2020.
