Véronique Aubé prepares documentation for the incorporation, merger and dissolution of corporations and not-for-profit organizations and keeps minute books up to date. She takes part in the preparation of corporate reorganization transactions. She also assists with due diligence on corporations and conducts searches in various registers and data banks for financing transactions, acquisitions and sales of assets. Ms. Aubé also drafts various applications for registration in the register of personal and movable real rights.

Before joining our Québec office, Ms. Aubé worked as a business law paralegal at another major law firm in the city and as a trade-mark and real estate paralegal for a large Canadian insurance company.
