Norton Rose Fulbright adviseert Ingram Micro bij aankoop Dupaco

Norton Rose Fulbright adviseert het Amerikaanse Ingram Micro (NYSE: IM) bij de aankoop van Dupaco Distribution B.V. (onder gebruikelijke voorwaarden zoals goedkeuring mededingingsautoriteit). Dupaco distribueert software van onder meer RES, Dell, Red Hat (Linux) en Tibco (Jaspersoft). Het bedrijf is opgericht in 1985 en profileert zich als 'true value added distributor'. Dupaco zal onderdeel uitmaken van Ingram Micro Benelux en een zelfstandige business unit vormen binnen de Advanced Solutions afdeling van Ingram Micro. De acquisitie van Dupaco vormt een onderdeel van de wereldwijde investeringsstrategie van Ingram Micro. Naar verwachting zal de overname medio januari 2016 definitief zijn beslag krijgen.

Het team van Norton Rose Fulbright Amsterdam bestaat onder meer uit Ep Hannema (lead partner) geassisteerd door Rogier de Haan, Stefanie Walthaus en Arjen van de Belt.
