Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright's New York, Washington, DC, Houston and St. Louis offices represented the shareholders of The Araz Group, Inc. (d/b/a HealthEZ) on all aspects of its June 30, 2020, sale to Abry Partners.

Norton Rose Fulbright advised HealthEZ—a leading independent third-party administrator (TPA) of self-funded medical plans—on all corporate, healthcare, regulatory, benefits, antitrust, real estate and tax matters for this complex transaction.

Founded in 1982, Minneapolis-based HealthEZ creates and administers custom health benefits solutions for employers, brokers, providers and members with all of their healthcare considerations. With a particular focus on the small- and mid-sized business (SMB) market, HealthEZ specializes in employer health and FSA benefits, consumer-driven health plans, and multi-state employers.
