New York Co-Partner-in-Charge Vincent Dunn has been honored with the 2022 Black Leadership Award by Profiles in Diversity Journal.
This national award recognized 53 people of color in leadership this year, with the honorees displaying "talent and skill, a commitment to excellence, a passion for mentoring and advocating for the next generation, and an ongoing involvement with the larger community."
As New York Co-Partner-in-Charge, Dunn co-leads the firm's largest US office by the number of lawyers and the second largest by overall headcount. In addition to his corporate finance practice, his New York office responsibilities include overseeing administrative matters, implementing rules and policy changes, integrating new partners and new associates, coordinating office events and supporting business services.
Dunn also currently serves on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, the Global Executive Committee, the Partnership Committee and the Racial Equity Council, where he has been instrumental in implementing the firm's Black associate sponsorship program, striving to advance change and ensuring diverse candidates are well represented in client matters.
The Black Leadership Award recipients will appear in the Profiles in Diversity fourth quarter issue in December, sharing personal and professional experiences that have contributed to their success along with valuable insight and words of advice.
