Aneeta Iqbal is an associate splitting time between the firm's New York and Dallas office. Aneeta is a member of the Corporate, M&A and Securities practice group. She advises US and international clients in connection with complex domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and other commercial transactions. She works with clients on a wide variety of strategic and commercial transactions. Her practice also focuses on general corporate representation and counselling, including advising on corporate governance issues, operational matters and other strategic considerations.
