Norton Rose Fulbright ranked among Vault’s ‘Best Law Firms to Work For’ and ‘Best Summer Associate Programs’

Norton Rose Fulbright has been ranked by Vault on the 2026 “Best Law Firms to Work For” list. The firm ranked 15^th overall, an increase of six spots from the 2025 list. Additionally, the firm was ranked among Vault’s “Best Summer Associate Programs” within the top 20.

These rankings are derived from Vault’s Annual Associate Survey in which associates rate their firms on a range of workplace issues related to career development, job satisfaction and firm culture. Highlighting Norton Rose Fulbright as a best place to work, these rankings reflect the firsthand experience of our associates.

The “Best Law Firms to Work For” list is determined through a combined score from 10 quality of life factors including transparency, firm culture, wellness, satisfaction, technology and innovations and more. The “Best Summer Associate Program” list, which is based on three subcategories for career development, social experiences and lawyer interactions, ranked the firm in all three areas for the first time since 2019.
