Norton Rose Fulbright, seven US lawyers highly ranked in the CAFC 2025 Intelligence Report

Patexia named Norton Rose Fulbright as one of the top 20 Best Performing Law Firms Representing Appellees and one of the top 25 Best Performing Law Firms Overall in its CAFC 2025 Intelligence Report. In addition, seven US lawyers are highly ranked among lawyers practicing before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC).

The fifth annual report explores patent-related appeals within the CAFC from January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2024. Patexia’s ranking methodology includes an evaluation of case volume, success rate and individual contributions to outcomes.
