Three Norton Rose Fulbright partners named to 2025 America's Top Lawyers list by Forbes

Norton Rose Fulbright partners Shauna Clark, Keith Martin and Gina Shishima have been named to Forbes’ 2025 America’s Top Lawyers list.

The second annual list highlights US lawyers from a wide range of practice areas who are leaders in their fields and have made an impact among their peers and within their communities. Lawyers were selected to this list through a rigorous research process evaluating legal achievements, peer and client feedback, pro bono work, mentorship and other significant accomplishments.

Shauna Clark (Houston), US Chair and US Head of Employment and Labor, is nationally recognized in labor and employment law, and experienced in a wide variety of industries and practices. She is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for Labor and Employment Law and is a frequent speaker on these matters.

US Co-head of Projects Keith Martin (Washington, DC) is a deal lawyer whose principal areas of practice are tax and project finance. He acted for 214 companies last year and lobbies Congress and the Treasury Department on policy issues. He is highly regarded in his field and serves as the editor of Project Finance Newswire, a Norton Rose Fulbright publication covering developments in the project finance market.
