Two Norton Rose Fulbright Dallas partners inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates

Norton Rose Fulbright US Head of Life Sciences and Healthcare and Co-Head of Product Liability and Consumer Disputes D'Lesli Davis and partner James Renard (Dallas) have been inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), an invitation-only organization for trial lawyers who demonstrate excellence at the courthouse and "civility, integrity and professionalism" in their practices.

D'Lesli’s practice focuses on the representation of manufacturers and distributors in in high stakes product and commercial litigation in state and federal courts across the country, including in MDLs and consolidated proceedings, governmental actions, commercial, economic loss and product liability matters.

As both trial and appellate counsel, Jim has handled cases in a number of substantive areas of law, including securities, antitrust and trade regulation, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, real estate, insurance, environmental matters, construction, constitutional questions and general contract and business tort disputes.

ABOTA has 96 chapters across the US, and members are selected by a comprehensive nomination process and rigorously vetted by its membership subcommittee, the executive committee and a vote by the chapter members.
