Chadbourne Files Lawsuit on Behalf of GolTV Alleging Bribery by Fox Sports for Soccer Tournament Television Rights

Chadbourne & Parke LLP has filed a lawsuit on behalf of soccer channel GolTV alleging that Fox Sports Latin America bribed directors of the South American soccer federation, Conmebol, to obtain television rights for the Copa Libertadores, Copa Sudamericana and Recopa soccer tournaments that should have been awarded to GolTV.
