Norton Rose Fulbright advises LDR Partners in acquisition of Duro-Sense Corporation

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright acted as counsel to private equity sponsor LDR Partners LP to acquire all of the assets of Duro-Sense Corporation, a closely-held California corporation and manufacturer of high-precision temperature sensors and assemblies. The deal closed on October 17, 2025.

To enable the transaction, LDR Growth Partners formed a new subsidiary, Duro-Sense LLC (a Delaware LLC), as the acquiring entity and leveraged debt financing through Advantage Capital Connecticut Partners VI, LP, CDVCA 29, LLC and CDVCA 30, LLC.

The target entity’s product line includes mineral-insulated "Sheath-Pak" thermocouples, industrial temperature sensors, resistance temperature detectors, high-temperature thermocouples, plastics industry thermocouples and engine compressor thermocouples. It also provides after sales services such as equipment repairs, calibration and testing and engineering support.

Norton Rose Fulbright’s deal team was led by Debra Gatison Hatter (Houston) and Jon Riley (Dallas) and included Chloe Farrar (Dallas), John Ngunjiri and Alexia Thomas (Houston).
