Norton Rose Fulbright named a 2025 Best Workplace in Texas by Fortune

Norton Rose Fulbright is the only law firm recognized on this year's Fortune Best Workplaces in Texas list. The firm made this prestigious list in its first year of participation and is among only 25 companies named. 

This recognition is based on the feedback of more than 400 of the firm’s US non-partner personnel who participated in a confidential third-party survey last fall, earning the firm Great Place to Work certification in 2025.

The survey examined the employee experiences through a culture assessment that focused on credibility, respect, fairness, pride and sense of belonging. To be selected to the list, honorees must surpass rigorous benchmarks based on their ability to offer consistently positive experiences and build trust within their organizations.

More than 115,000 people at eligible companies were surveyed for this year’s list through the “Great Place To Work Model.” Great Place to Work has more than three decades of experience in employee research and data to enhance the workplace experience.
