Norton Rose Fulbright represents 4-Horn Investments in sale of National Tank & Equipment

A team of corporate lawyers from Norton Rose Fulbright represented 4-Horn Investments, LP (4-Horn) in its agreement to sell National Tank & Equipment, LLC (NTE) to Power Technique North America LLC, part of Atlas Copco Group.

Based in Texas, NTE is a specialty rental provider of fluid transfer and storage solutions, offering a broad portfolio that includes pumps, storage tanks, filtration systems and dewatering equipment to clients in the energy, industrial, environmental and waste management industries.

NTE was founded by 4-Horn in 2016 and has a footprint that spans 23 branches nationwide.

Norton Rose Fulbright’s core deal team was led by partner John Bakht (Houston) and included senior associate Cassidy Tennyson (Dallas) and associate Danielle Bodunrin (Houston). The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025, upon confirmation of regulatory clearance.
