Biography
Uyen Poh joined the New York office in July 2011. Uyen has experience with municipal bond transactions including new money issuances, refundings, interest rate mode conversions, and replacements of credit and liquidity facilities.
Before joining the New York office, she worked as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the Municipal Finance Division of the New York City Law Department, where she served as counsel to The City of New York on various bond transactions involving New York City General Obligation Bonds, New York City Transitional Finance Authority and other City-related financing entities.
During law school, Uyen worked for the Honorable Justice Bernard Fried of the New York State Supreme Court and in the New York State Attorney General's office. Prior to law school, Uyen was a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, L.L.P. and a business analyst with Instinet Corporation.
