Jason Schlessel is a senior counsel in Norton Rose Fulbright's New York office. He represents clients located throughout the US, Europe and Asia on a wide range of real estate matters. Jason has significant experience representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of all classes of real estate – including office, hotel and multifamily properties – located throughout the US. Additionally, Jason has significant experience representing clients in mortgage and mezzanine financing transactions, including construction loans and also works on joint venture arrangements on behalf of owners/developers and investors.
