Biography
Kira is an associate who represents businesses and individuals in commercial cases, class-action lawsuits, and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) arbitrations. Kira has extensive experience representing firm clients in contract disputes (including breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, and non-compete agreement claims), cases involving alleged violations of the TCPA, and personal injury and property claims.

- Helped secure complete defense verdict in FINRA arbitration for large financial institution, including against a claim of $11m in attorneys’ fees.
- Represented three financial institution entities against claims of DTPA violations that were initially filed in state court, resulting in a zero dollar award at arbitration based on a $1.5m demand.
- Oversaw large-scale document review and productions for major intellectual property litigation. Management of multiple review teams accessing multiple active databases containing 40 million records.
- Helped obtain expungement for two brokers in FINRA arbitration involving claims of unauthorized selling.
