- Represented the lenders in relation to the US$1.3 billion construction debt financing for three utility scale solar photovoltaic projects as part of the Mammoth Solar facility in Pulaski County, Indiana. Collectively, the Mammoth South, Mammoth Central and Mammoth Central II projects represent the second and third phases of Doral Renewable LLC's Mammoth Solar project, a 1.3 GW solar photovoltaic system that will be the largest solar project in the US upon completion.
- Represented a US government agency in connection with a US$1.66 billion guaranteed loan to Plug Power Energy Loan Borrower LLC, a subsidiary of Plug Power Inc. (Plug Power). The loan guarantee will help finance the development, construction and ownership of up to six green hydrogen facilities throughout the US that will produce and liquify clean hydrogen at scale.
- Represented the syndicate of lenders to the US$11 billion debt financing of SunZia Wind and Transmission. SunZia Transmission is a 550-mile HVDC transmission line between central New Mexico and south-central Arizona with the capacity to transport 3,000 MW of electricity. SunZia Transmission will deliver clean power generated by Pattern Energy’s 3,515 MW SunZia Wind facility, the largest wind project in the Western Hemisphere, which is being constructed across Torrance, Lincoln and San Miguel Counties in New Mexico. Together, the transmission line and wind facility make up the largest clean energy infrastructure project in US history. This deal won the North America 2023 “Renewables Deal of the Year – Onshore Wind” by IJGlobal.
- Represented the tax equity investor and class A member in the project holding limited liability company, with the tax equity investment in an approximately 150 MWac (nameplate) solar photovoltaic system that includes photovoltaic modules, inverters, and related infrastructure located in Lincoln County, Missouri.
- Represented the borrower in relation to the financing of a portfolio of Dairy RNG projects located in Wisconsin, Michigan and Iowa.
- Represented the sponsor in relation to the US$316 million tax equity financing of the Golden Triangle II project, an approximately 150 MWac solar + 50 MWac/200 MWh battery energy storage facility in Lowndes County, Mississippi, and Escalante project, an approximately 200 MWac solar facility in McKinley County, New Mexico.
- Represented the bookrunner, coordinating lead arranger, lender and administrative agent, in relation to the financing of the Big Rock BESS project located in Imperial County, California owned by Gore Street Fund.
- Represented a government agency with the restructuring of loans in connection to the financing provided for the construction of the solar thermal system operating at Ivanpah Solar Electric Generating System in California.
