Biography

Justin is an associate based in the Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on representing sponsors, investors and lenders in project finance transactions, with a particular emphasis on the renewable energy and clean technology sectors.

Justin's experience includes supporting clients in the development, acquisition, sale and finance (debt and tax equity) of utility-scale and distributed renewable energy projects (solar, energy storage, wind and hydrogen).
