Ani is a member of the Intellectual Property Brands Group. She has a broad intellectual property practice, which includes counseling, prosecution, enforcement and litigation.

Ani counsels her clients on copyright issues, clearance, mark selection, and strategic portfolio management, among other things. She manages portfolios for clients across a variety of industries, including technology, entertainment, fashion, financial services, and retail. She has extensive experience prosecuting applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and regularly represents clients in trademark cancellation and opposition proceedings before the United States Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Ani has also successfully enforced her clients' intellectual property rights in the online marketplace and social media platforms.

Ani has experience in all stages of the litigation process, including pleadings, preliminary injunctions, motion practice, discovery, depositions, summary judgment and trial.  She represents both plaintiffs and defendants in federal court for trademark and copyright infringement, unfair competition, counterfeiting and false advertising claims.

Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Ani was an associate at another major law firm focusing on trademark law and commercial litigation. While in law school, Ani externed for the Honorable A. Christina Snyder of the United States District Court, Central District of California, and the Honorable Stephen Reinhardt of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
