- Represented Matrix Renewables in the construction and term financing, preferred tax equity financing and tax credit transfer arrangements for the 210-MWac / 281-MWdc Stillhouse solar PV facility, in Bell County, Texas.
- Represented the sponsor in the preferred equity hybrid financing of solar projects in Michigan and Virginia. Also represented the sponsor in the tax credits sale generated by the project to a third-party buyer.
- Represented the sponsor in the preferred equity hybrid financing of an approximately 185 MWac / 740 MWh BESS stand-alone battery energy storage project located in Yuma County, Arizona. Also represented the sponsor in the tax credits sale generated by the project to a third-party buyer.
- Represented the investor in a preferred equity hybrid deal in relation to a 150 MWac solar PV system in Pike County, Indiana.
- Represented a global investment firm in developing its strategy for tax credit monetization as sponsor in preferred equity hybrid transactions.
- Represented the seller on the tax credit transfer sale of 2023 and 2024 tax credits in connection with a wind project in Mississippi.
- Represented the buyer in the purchase of ITCs generated by certain residential solar photovoltaic projects located in the US.
- Represented the sponsor and seller on several sales of ITCs in connection with renewable natural gas projects.
- Represented the sponsor and seller of ITCs in connection with solar + storage and BESS projects in California.
- Represented the sponsor and seller of ITCs in connection with a solar project in Virginia.
