Biography

Kyle Gann advises clients in high value M&A transactions, including substantial leveraged buyouts, complex carveouts, cross-border deals, bespoke joint ventures, strategic review processes and “sale of company” transactions for leading public companies. From founder-led emerging growth companies to Fortune 500 giants, Kyle has extensive experience across various stages of corporate growth. He is recognized by clients as a strategic advisor who partners closely with them to create business value.

Kyle also has significant experience advising insurance sector clients on insurance M&A transactions and on a range of corporate and transactional matters.
