Biography

Mr. Schwartz focuses in the area of bankruptcy law and has represented all of the major participants in the bankruptcy context, including debtors, secured lenders, creditor committees, trustees, and representatives of foreign proceedings. This diverse experience has enabled him to represent clients in a variety of industries during all stages of the restructuring process - from pre-bankruptcy counseling to post-bankruptcy litigation - and to build a practice focused on the most complex aspects of the restructuring process, such as non-bankruptcy workouts, post-petition financing agreements, asset sales, plans and disclosure statements, and commercial litigation.
