Ruth Sainsbury is a property lawyer based in Brisbane.

She focusses on hospitality law, particularly liquor and gaming regulation in Queensland and throughout Australia as well as mid to large scale commercial conveyancing and due diligence. She was admitted as a solicitor in 2013.  

Ruth’s experience includes hotel and club conveyancing, liquor and gaming applications and advice for clubs and hotels, corporate restructuring and drafting submissions to the OLGR and other regulatory bodies.
