Tina joined the Austin office of Norton Rose Fulbright in 2009 and transferred to the Los Angeles office in 2013. Her practice focuses on class actions and covers a wide variety of complex commercial litigation, including insurance, consumer, contract, securities, and employment actions. In addition to defending financial institutions and other commercial entities, she has represented plaintiffs in contract and trade secret disputes.
Tina devotes a significant amount of time to pro bono work, including representation of immigrants seeking asylum in the United States and low-income tenants in habitability matters.

While in law school, Tina was a member of the Texas International Law Journal, co-chaired the philanthropy section of the Women's Law Caucus, and assisted clients in the Domestic Violence Survival Support Network. Also during law school, Tina clerked for U.S. District Judge Andrew Guilford of the Central District of California.

- Tina received the 2017 Jaworski Award for Pro Bono Excellence, an award given annually to an attorney at the firm who demonstrates by example a commitment to pro bono service.
- Authored "Medical Monitoring Classes," Chapter 17 of A Practitioner's Guide to Class Actions (2nd Edition, 2017), published by the American Bar Association, Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section.
- Outside of work, Tina devotes time to immigrants' rights issues, most recently traveling to Arizona to work with several non-profit organizations supporting refugees and asylum seekers.
