Danielle Floyd joined Norton Rose Fulbright's Houston office in September 2017. Danielle's practice focuses on federal income tax planning for corporations, partnerships, and individuals, as well as the representation of taxpayers in tax controversies involving complex domestic and international business transactions. Danielle also assists clients in various aspects of their estate planning, including drafting of wills, trusts and related documents.
