Mr. Deditch provides intellectual property counseling and services to domestic and international clients. He is responsible for prosecuting patents and for providing patent counseling and patent opinions on complex matters. Mr. Deditch also supervises associates in preparing, filing and prosecuting domestic and international patent applications, which encompass a broad range of computer, electrical, electronic, information, software and communication systems, business & financial methods. His counseling and prosecution practice includes appeals practice at the Board of Patent Appeals & Interferences, including the preparation and filing of many successful appeals of patent examination cases. Mr. Deditch successfully coordinated and managed complex multi-patent clearance and opinion projects in cellular phone and GPS systems, and provided opinions on integrated circuit packaging patents and control system patents. His prior practice included patent infringement litigations and preliminary patent assertion investigations. Mr. Deditch is a registered Patent Attorney at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (reg. no. 33,865).
