Nick Grandage is a finance lawyer and the Global Head of Trade Finance. He has experience of all aspects of structured trade and commodity finance, including: pre-export and prepayment transactions; ownership finance; borrowing base transactions; and asset based lending. He advises on supply chain and receivables finance transactions (both on and off platform) as well as on receivables securitisations.
Nick acts for banks, trading companies and intermediaries in transactions around the world. His experience includes transactions involving energy, metals and soft commodities, as well as equipment, processed and semi-processed goods.
